The company’s investment strategies include single property acquisitions, property development and re-development, multi-property portfolio acquisitions and joint ventures. We believe in building wealth with our partners and as such operate an equal profit sharing strategy on all deals ensuring our objectives and agenda are always aligned with our investors.
