Waste Enterprisers Holding is the U.S. parent of Pivot Works Ltd., a start-up waste-to-energy company that converts human waste into solid fuel for cement plants and other industries. Revenue generated from the sale of fuel is used to cover the treatment and conversion costs of the waste – meaning we’ve devised a sanitation system that actually pays for itself. Our mission is to eliminate dumping of human waste, and the public health and environmental threats that go with it. We recently commissioned a Pivot Works plant in Kigali, Rwanda and are developing a pipeline of opportunities across East Africa, India, and Latin America.
