We come in and set a four-week holistic approach to ensure your vision and your employees are working to their full capacity for your dream to be seen and turned into a reality. Starting from the ground up, making sure the owner(s), and their leadership are functioning at their highest capacity. Making sure information, vision, and proper functions are trickling down the company ladder in the most efficient way possible. Once that precedent is set, we will move to quarterly meetings for the next year to check on the progress of the new leadership systems put in place. Visionary Consulting is passionate about relationships. After the four week development process, coupled with the quarterly check-in meetings are finished for the for the first year, we will stay invested in you, your dream, and your employees.
