Virpax’s lead product candidate, Probudur, is being developed using our proprietary liposomal encapsulation to deliver a sustain release of local anesthetic at the wound/incision site to control post-operative pain for 96 hours. The three products in development are targeting unmet global needs in three separate multi-billion-dollar markets, including rare diseases. Our proprietary drug-delivery-platforms have been developed to optimize the efficacy of nonaddictive medications to manage Post Operative Pain, Severe Pain, Post Cancer Pain, PTSD, and Rare Pediatric Epilepsy including Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) and Dravet Syndrome (Orphan Diseases)
