We do this by partnering with Africas fastest-growing startups and provide them with access and a platform to onboard experienced non-tech talent from the fellowship that can hit the ground running, deliver key results, and potentially stay on full-time.
Our mission is to contribute to economic development in African cities and communities by equipping exceptional local, diaspora and global talent with the context, skills and resources they need to successfully create or contribute to job-generative enterprises, products or business units in Africa.
