VAI's mission is to provide the best gelato with a high commitment to quality, we source only the best ingredients. Since our founding in 2012, VAI Milano has grown significantly and now sell it's gelato, macaroons, pastries, cakes and drinks within six shops all around China. This success was largely driven by the constant pursuit of our gelato's perfect balanced flavors and the passion we want to bring to people. Fresh, natural, nutritious and with less fat than most commercial ice cream brands, the Italian gelato and genuine cioccolata epitomize a quintessentially Italian “arte di vivere” (art of living). VAI’s resident Italian Master-gelataio, Pietro Monti, comes from a family of award-winning gelato going back three generations and boasts decades of experience in artisanal gelato-making. Our trendy shops and warm service aim to create a complete sensorial experience and comfort customers to let their pleasure run free.
