Our bread comes from the local bakery Bretzel and it is prepared in a traditional way in order to meet all our customers requirements with a natural leaven made of uncrossed organic cereals. Its long fermentation facilitates digestion.
Sensitize by the misdeeds of gluten, the "Fabrique à saveurs" concocts a quinoa bread. Its gluten-free and protein-free properties will appeal to both amateurs and the most intolerant.
