Timoney Leadership Institute is a not-for-profit executive education organisation developing responsible, people-centred leaders across Ireland and the UK.
Our purpose is to help leaders at the highest levels of business and public life build better organisations and contribute to a better society. Through world-class executive education, we provide leaders with the insights, skills and confidence to face today’s challenges with professionalism, integrity and vision.
As an Associate School of IESE Business School – ranked among the top providers of executive education globally – we bring the latest thinking and best faculty in leadership and management to our programmes.
Our flagship Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP) brings together CEOs and other C-suite executives, company owners, board directors, entrepreneurs and senior business leaders for a transformative 9-month journey. Participants learn directly from world-renowned faculty from institutions such as Harvard, IESE, UNC and IPADE, supported by one-to-one executive coaching and peer-to-peer learning.
We also deliver a leadership programme for up and coming managers, called the Emerging Leaders Programme. Spread over 7 months and in collaboration with faculty from IESE Business School and AESE Business School, it supports recently appointed managers in making the transition into leading others.
Timoney Leadership Institute works with Enterprise Ireland and IESE Business School on supporting the newly formed L4G (Leadership for Growth) alumni network, providing continous learning and networking opportuities for CEOs, Entrepreneurs and MDs across the island of Ireland.
With over 450 alumni across sectors, Timoney offers not just a programme but a lifelong community. Our alumni association provides continuous opportunities for learning, networking and sharing experiences, ensuring leadership growth well beyond the classroom.
