Having been in accounting, audit, and compliance for more than 25 years – both as practitioners and on the enterprise side – ThinkRisk founders saw firsthand the pain involved in doing the job when you lack the necessary technology and proper analysis tools. Technology could serve up the data, but the review and analysis process remained a heavily manual and tedious exercise.
Nitin and Jagdish also knew from personal experience what it’s like to be part of the most overlooked community within an enterprise. They had experienced what it’s like to not have enough bandwidth to close the books monthly or complete audit schedules on time without a major hit to work/life balance. This empathy fueled their passion for developing an AI-driven SaaS platform to provide tools and technologies that would enable the finance community to do their jobs better.
