Uuni was founded in 2023 when two brothers were spending Thanksgiving together and discussing about the best corporate culture for leadership growth and innovation while the turkey was roasting in the oven. This was a culmination of years of incubation and experience in leading, training, coaching and mentoring hundreds of leaders and companies in Europe and North America towards achieving their goals.
Uuni Coaching is based on a data-driven, practical and results-oriented approach. Uuni is PXT Select™ and Checkpoint 360°™ Certified and partnering with Summit Assessment Solutions who has over 25 years of experience in training and leveraging PXT Select™, Checkpoint 360°™ and Genos (EI) tools in coaching and leadership development.
Through memberships in International Coaching Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaching (IAC) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Uuni is committed to following ICF, IAC and EMCC Code of Ethics, Coaching Standards and frameworks.
