We are increasingly focused on private equity investments in a variety of fields and have invested into companies such as: Hyperdrive Innovation, a multiple award winning company which develops innovative technologies to power electric vehicles, homes and businesses; Hindley Circuits, which provides electronic PCB assembly services; Africa Logistics Properties, an integrated specialist property company that acquires, develops and manages modern logistics warehousing in East Africa; Think Digital Group Limited, the owner and operator of Asset TV; Waterloo Place Developments, an owner and operator of serviced apartments; You Group, a hybrid online property agent. We have also held interests in a diverse range of businesses including investment managers (now Premier Asset Management Group plc), hotel franchises (Howard Johnson and Days Inn), pub operating companies, golf courses and internet service providers.
