InternX provides an efficient way for universities to hold both virtual & in-person fairs. ------- HOW IT WORKS Students make a profile on InternX. Recruiters filter through students to find the exact, qualified candidates that they want to meet during career fairs (virtual or in-person). Students get to pick a time during the fair to meet with the recruiter that reached out to them, increasing quality connections and efficiency. We’re here for the university, employers, and students. We get students job offers from companies for which they want to work. We find recruiters the exact students they want for their positions. We provide companies and universities direct feedback that they can utilize to improve their processes. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME The site has successfully shaken up traditional recruiting practices. Instead of aimlessly wandering around career fairs and blindly applying on job boards, we have companies directly connect with students. Companies reach out when they think students are a good fit, and these students get to speak directly with the recruiters that reached out to them.
