#BlackandBrilliant is an advocacy group - for people of all backgrounds - united in creating a more diverse workforce. Founded in 2020 New York with the aim of challenging and eliminating the idea that corporate leaders have about the lack of a Black Talent Pipeline. Fast forward to today and we’re a professional network with hundreds of gifted volunteers working to advance Black and Brilliant individuals across the globe. We want to inspire, support, and connect by providing personal development tools, networking opportunities, as well as driving positive change into every boardroom.
