At Hopes, were addressing one of Indias most urgent challenges: CAREER ILLITERACY. Per reports, 93% of Indian students only know of seven career options, and 69% choose their careers based solely on parental guidance. This has led to mass degree abandonment and college dropouts among students. In short, we are wasting away potential across the nation!! Our survey has showed that high school students face anxiety when contemplating their futures and are funneled into paths that dont align with their passions or strengths, resulting in frustration and a struggle to find fulfilling work. Our mission is to change this narrative. Our Impact So Far: > Empowered 3000+ students through our comprehensive career education programs > Expanded awareness from just seven traditional careers to over 50 diverse career paths > Conducted workshops in numerous schools receiving an average satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 > Supported financially challenged students by providing scholarships and resources, helping them access quality education. At Hopes, were combating career illiteracy, igniting ambition, making much needed mindset shifts! By offering interactive workshops, personalized guidance, and exposure to modern careers, were equipping students with the tools they need to make informed career decisions which not only builds brighter futures for them but also contributes to breaking the cycle of poverty within families. Were proud that many students weve supported over the past decade are now contributing back to The Hopes Foundation, making us a sustainable and growing organization.
