Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is a part of AS Skinest Group, which includes more than 15 companies in 10 countries and operates from Estonia. Historically, Tbilisi has been a city of cultural diversity and our international project continues its inheritance. Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences covers an area of 331 hectares. Upon the construction’s completion, the project will house 1300 properties. Tbilisi Hills was designed with the concept of “City within the city” which would allow our residents to enjoy all the necessary social benefits without having to travel to the city. Volume of investment consists of 450 mln USD. The main inspiration while designing the project was our location - 750 meters from the sea level and at the same time, close to the city center.
