SpotLighters are data-miner of existing seismic data. We capitalize on million $/€/CAD/NOK existing assets: seismic raw data, structural model and dynamic prediction provide a very simple, light and cost-effective seismic monitoring solution and keep an eye on the subsurface.
The disruption? A 4 steps approach:
1- Locate the critical areas to be monitored - Spots
2- Design the lightest seismic acquisition layout data mining millions of existing seismic traces to extract only the best and the minimum to monitor each Spots (ultimately one source/receiver couple)
3- Reshoot these position with SpotLight parameters using local trusted provider and standard equipment.
4- Monitor SpotLight will apply on the newly acquired data its dedicated signal processing approach to extract reliable changes information on each Spot and alert the reservoir.
The result is a cost effective, HSE safer solution with almost zero environmental footprint and CO2 emission.
What can we detect? Changes in temperature, pressure, fluid saturation or geo-mechanical constraints.
It means that our approach can bring valuable inputs during the surveillance of gas storage project, geothermal energy exploitation, CO2 sequestration, H2 and oil and gas operations.
We provide an insurance system of some sort, to make sure that everything goes as planned.
