It’s California cool, with an East London edge + New York City flair. We bring the luxury + creativity of the big cities to the south east of the UK, with multiple fitness studios, therapy rooms, premium brand boutiques and natural food kitchens in each of our two studios. Our Classes With two studios and a spin room our weekly schedule of 50+ multi-level classes will include Indoor cycling , cardio boxing, yoga, pilates, Strength training, mixed cardio, TRX and Barre. Retreats We support the in-studio experience with global travel through experiential retreats in destinations such as Spain, Italy, Middle East and Costa Rica. We have partnered with SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the World) to ensure a premium offering featuring curated bucket list itinerary's run by SPN's selected hosts. We also offer Bespoke, Corporate and Personal Development Retreats. Therapies Our treatment room is a beautifully zen space offering an incredibly diverse range of treatments with our unique 360 approach to overall wellbeing. Soothe the body with a range of deep work massage and vegan facials, and tackle your nutrition with Biohacking programs. Natural Kitchen Our health food kitchen serves a selection of drinks including nutritionally designed smoothies + Monmouth coffee favourites. Shop Our in-studio boutique features some of our favourite British + International brands in fitness apparel, wellness + beauty products and fitness equipment. The brainchild of entrepreneur Jaime Cooke, SPN believes that wellness environments should be non-intimidating and accessible and we have invested a lot of time to get this right at SPN. Our mission is to become a leading global destination for total mind body wellbeing.
