Founded in Mauritius in 2009, South Suez Capital Limited (“South Suez") is Africas' first independent dedicated private equity fund of funds manager focusing solely on the African continent. South Suez is the investment manager for the South Suez Africa Funds I and II and its managed accounts and is regulated by the Mauritian Financial Services Commission and the South African Financial Services Board.
South Suez invests primarily in private equity funds and directly in operating companies. It is also an active investor in the African private equity secondary market.
