Founded in 2007, SOSAD Ireland has worked tirelessly to raise awareness around mental health issues, offering free counselling services and a 24/7 helpline FREE of charge! Currently people of all ages in Ireland are suffering with their mental health in Ireland, and services are struggling to cope with the demand. You can message us, or call us on our free 24/7 helpline on 1800-901-909, or call into any of our offices in Drogheda, Navan, Dundalk, Laois, Cavan, and Monaghan. In 2022, we provided 17,837 FREE OF CHARGE one-to-one counselling sessions. We facilitate over 600+ countering sessions a week, as well as over 200+ support, check-in, and follow up calls, as well as our crisis helpline.
