Skeptic Distillery Co distills craft gins, vodka and whiskey through a process little known or used in the industry: cold vacuum distillation. Vacuum distillation is a process that allows the distillation to occur at much colder temperatures than normal, which allows delicate and otherwise unattainable flavors and aromas to shine through in the finished spirit, preserving freshness.
