The Singapore Symphony Group is Singapores flagship classical music company. Our goal is to create memorable shared experiences through our programmes:
● Singapore Symphony Orchestra, which comprises 90 full-time musicians that play a versatile repertoire of orchestral favourites and masterpieces as well as exciting premieres of contemporary works;
● Singapore Symphony Choruses, comprising the Singapore Symphony Chorus, Youth Choir, and Childrens Choir, whose members come from all walks of life to celebrate the joys of singing symphonic choral music;
● Singapore National Youth Orchestra, a National Project of Excellence that develops talented young musicans through the performance of orchestral music;
● VCHpresents, a series of intimate chamber music at the Victoria Concert Hall, Home of the SSO since 1980; and
● ABRSM Singapore, the local representative office of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music which runs music examinations and music education seminars worldwide.
The Group also manages various music competitions, festivals, workshops and masterclasses throughout the year.
The Group is registered as a charity under the official company name "Singapore Symphonia Company Limited", and is an Institution of Public Character.
