We come from HVAC and building automation. We’ve seen capable technicians waiting on someone else for access to an alarm or a trend, and software teams spending their time connecting equipment instead of building the application they set out to create.
We built StatIQ to put graphics, alarms, trends, and equipment information in the hands of the people doing the service work. Its user interface builds automatically for supported equipment, helping mechanics investigate problems and prepare before dispatch.
The data behind it is available through Manifold, our headless equipment data platform. Manifold combines normalized operating data with equipment specifications, giving software companies and enterprise teams a system of record for maintenance applications, analytics, energy management, and AI agents. Use it independently, or provide StatIQ alongside your applications for the contractors doing the work.
NueGate provides the secure connection to equipment and existing BMS networks through an encrypted tunnel, without a customer-managed VPN.
