In 2019, SILA ventured into Real Estate development, with a Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) focus. The Brownfield development strategy is to align with NBFCs/Funds and provide solutions on stressed situations within their portfolios. SILA’s development arm is currently constructing 500,000 sqft of Real Estate.
In March 2022, SILA received approvals to launch a Real Estate fund. Leveraging our experience gained across services and projects, we plan to partner with developers providing them growth capital and relevant operating support.
