SigmaDrugs is a Budapest based biotech start-up company founded in 2015. We are dedicated to developing novel applications of Sigma-1 receptor agonists for the treatment of chronic fibrotic diseases including end-stage renal failure, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis as well as fibrosis in the eye.
