Sales Psyche works with sales reps, managers and commercial teams to help improve & support their mental health, wellbeing and sales performance. We do this through a blend of impartial and confidential coaching and bespoke training programmes. Do you know what the biggest threat to your success right now is as a business? Your sales reps and managers mental wellbeing. Here’s the numbers behind that: - For every 10 sales reps and managers, your company could be losing £16,520 a year and 43 working days lost due to poor mental health - 2 in 3 sales reps say that have experienced or close to burnout - 51% of sales reps don’t feel comfortable talking to their line manager about it. Isn’t it time we take action against this and move beyond training and development that just focuses on the tactics and knowledge of selling? That’s where Sales Psyche comes in. We focus on both mindset & skillset with our blended training programmes, along with providing a confidential and impartial space to talk through mental health, wellbeing & sales challenges in our 1:1 coaching day sessions. We help improve the mental wellbeing of your team, protecting the cost of poor mental health at the same time, whilst at the other end increasing sales performance.
