In 2022, Sabot completed a co-development of an Aloft Hotel in Austins SoCo neighborhood, and recently began construction on 378 apartment units at mixed-use project adjacent to Lakeline Lilght Rail Station near the new Apple Campus (North Austin), and a 363 unit project, The Goodwin, in East Austin.
