Ruffena Capital is a corporate finance business, that focuses on advising and raising capital for exceptional, privately held businesses. Our business is owned and run by our Partners, who have all had extensive experience in industry, finance and private equity.
In other words, we genuinely know business and enjoy working alongside management for a period, bringing our experience, perspective and market knowledge to help them prepare to raise the capital they seek. We then source the optimal blend of equity and debt on the right terms and from the right investors, funds and family offices for their business to grow.
We do not typically work with start ups, but tend to work with established growth businesses seeking later stage investment from Ā£1m and upwards. Last year we oversaw cĀ£42m going into about 15 of our clients, c75% of which came directly from our investors.
