We currently empower technicians to fix machines at a fraction of the current cost and time by providing access to information at their finger-tips and enabling interactive real-time collaboration with video and augmented reality. ResolutionTube automatically captures the solution to create a multi-media dynamic knowledge base which can be used for future troubleshooting, training and more.
Ultimately we envision completely reinventing the broken and outdated product customer service experience, but for now we are laser focused on Field Service. We believe Google Glass will reshape the field service industry altogether and are poised to lead this movement, having built our first Glass app.
