「働くの中に、ワクワクを増やしたい」私たちは、目標設定にまつわる不透明性を解消し、1人1人が大胆なビジョンに向かってワクワクして働けるよう、目標達成へのコミュニケーションを革新するクラウドサービスを開発しています。従来型の目標設定は上司と部下の1対1で行われることが多く、1人1人のメンバーからは、他チームはおろか同僚の優先事項さえ把握することは困難でした。こうした不透明性は、事業ビジョンの達成に対し優先順位のズレや多くの無駄をもたらし、事業成長を阻害します。私たちは、こうした不透明性の解消に加え、メンバーが野心的なビジョンに向けて大胆な打ち手を打ち、働く意義を実感できるようなコミュニケーションプラットフォームをつくりたいと考えています。同じビジョンに向かって大胆な打ち手を打ち、それらを互いに承認することで、人は働く意義を感じられるのではないでしょうか？私たちは、働くの中にワクワクする瞬間を増やし、会社全体で一丸となるコミュニケーションの仕組みを世の中に浸透させていきます。 "To make work more exciting." Communication of conventional goal setting is often taken place on one-on-one basis between manager and subordinate. This communication would be never disclosed therefore it is quite difficult for team members even to know what your colleagues are working on priority, not to mention other teams’. We believe this bias and/or asymmetry are the cause to slow down company’s progress to achieve their vision. We are developing a cloud service called “Resily” aiming to solve this sort of issues. Resliy enables each member’s goal “visible” in a company, and also illustrates how members’ individual goals are connecting/collaborating to achieve the whole company’s goal.
