The Recruiter Better Community’s started in Portugal with the mission to connect recruiters. We want to create a community based on open conversations, empowering people to share their own experiences and relevant information about the main themes and scourges related to our daily work life.

We aim to create regular meetings where we invite one or more specialists to debate topics.
We seek to be disruptive, create challenges and events that have never been created in our market, bring international guests with other skills and/or experiences in more mature markets to learn from, and create challenges and events always learning but with fun in the mix.
