The Raleigh Convention Center is right in the heart of downtown Raleigh and is devoted to blending entertainment and convenience for Raleigh residents and visitors. We mix Southern hospitality with 21st-century "know-how"​ to provide a cultural center for one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Since its founding in September 2008, the Convention Center has served as a remarkable resource for groups of 50 to 5000 people. The RCC is a state-of-the-art model of flexibility and amenities. Every level has been designed to the last detail to insure that your experience here will be an infinitely rewarding one. Granite details, stunning artwork, casual seating and a gracious reception area create the ideal spot to mix and mingle before or after events. The Convention Center is equipped with the latest technological features so that you can count on the highest level of technical expertise. In addition, we work with Centerplate Catering to provide delicious food and impeccable service at all of our events. Our downtown sister venues are the Red Hat Amphitheater and Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts, both of which host a wide variety of live performances and interlink with the Convention Center to form a cultural centerpiece of Downtown Raleigh.
