Annually, no-shows cost the UK hospitality industry £17.6 billion. We mitigate the adverse effects of no-shows and last-minute cancellations on businesses. To do this, we employ a combination of Google Maps API interfaces and sophisticated MongoDB spatial searches. Alongside this, we use three layers of different spatial verification methods to scale our solution to a broader area while minimising pitfalls present in other systems. We then combine automation algorithms into a virtual queue and booking system that, with minimal business input, effectively merges into a single, smarter entity, managing the flow of customers into the business. Allowing us to ensure a reliable in-flow of customers while simultaneously providing a steadfast, functional last-minute solution. Our last-minute solution is a mix of ticket-based and location-based principles that ensure we meet all the necessary prerequisites for a successful digital walk-in system that is user-friendly, flexible, and effective for the business.
Whereas there has been a shift to un-popular deposit systems to recover losses, we use a more innovative system that can pre-warn, optimise & automate a booking schedule & provide those last-minute alternatives for when a booking doesnt suit.
Our model is suitable for any business operating with bookings or simply looking to boost their footfall with our virtual walk-ins. We are constantly expanding our software to be of more use to specific business use cases on a daily basis.
