We, Puna-Mustat (Est 1941) are on a mission to bring back the Finnish baseball culture to Helsinki. Our goal is to create the largest junior club by 2030 and for the mens team to make their way up to Superpesis (top league) by 2027. We are building the new arrival of the national game to the capital city with a progressive, liberal, and urban approach. We are a non-profit organization with an experienced leadership team, 17 teams across juniors and adults, +200 official members and during the year over 1000 people play or practice in one or more of our concepts for all ages. Our main baseball field is located in Meilahti, Helsinki, where we aim to build a stadium by 2027. Our men’s team earned promotion to 1st division at the end of the 2024 season so we are on track and moving up.
