Convention and Exposition Center Complex of the Caribbean, located in Barranquilla, Colombia. The Complex has an 85,000 mt2 footprint which consists of 150,000 mt2 of office, commercial hotel and residential developments, a Convention Center, an Exposition and Fair Center as well as a 17,000 mt2 boardwalk overlooking the Magdalena River and the Salamanca Natural Park. Currently under construction, with public and private funding the center is poised to become an urban redevelopment icon with a total investment upwards of 400 million USD and a destination for national and international events. Designed by the renowned EV+PP architectural firm of Argentina.
