ProFuse Technology specializes in the development of technologies and products designed for muscle cultivation within the cultivated meat and life science industries. Our solutions include cell lines, media supplements, and cultivation methods. The Profuse technology is based on six years of research conducted at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Our first product is called PROFUSE-S1, which is a differentiation media supplement that significantly accelerates the differentiation, fusion, and maturation rate of muscle progenitor cells.
Utilizing PROFUSE-S1 enhances the efficiency of muscle studies, leading to the faster generation of muscles while ensuring reliable and conclusive results.

Established in 2021, Profuse received seed investment from leading industry and financial investors and was soon honored as the winner of Israels FOODTECH Start-ups Summit competition. In 2022 ProFuse secured an additional $3 million in seed funding, with Green-Circle, a New York-based foodtech fund, leading the round.
