Una is an AI- and voice-first digital employee for hotels and vacation rentals — not a chatbot and not a thin layer on top of ChatGPT.
Una has the skills to operate like a real team member. She logs into your PMS, CRM, and task systems to actually do the work: creating and modifying bookings, assigning tasks, updating records, and answering guests across all touchpoints.
Visit https://polydom.ai/ and speak directly with Una in an interactive, real-time voice demo. She explains how she’s set up, how she integrates with your PMS, how she handles guest communications and task dispatching, and more. It’s AI explaining how AI performs — a self-proving demo that shows how smart Una really is.
Una supports the full guest journey for both hotels and vacation rentals via:
Phone & voice: Local numbers and real-time conversations.
Website & widgets: Text and voice on your site to capture and convert traffic.
Messaging & social: WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, PMS inbox, and email.
On-property touchpoints: Kiosk mode on lobby iPads and QR codes in rooms or public areas.
Most “AI tools” just generate text and leave the work to humans. Una flips that model. She handles the vast majority of guest communications and escalates only around 15–20% of cases to your human team, and only when it truly requires human judgment. Software needs users; Una replaces the need to be the user, delivering accurate, on-brand, multilingual outcomes at scale.
