The exponential growth in complexity and innovation in hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure is outpacing human cognitive capacity and the availability of expert knowledge. The new digital enterprise means traditional approaches of creating tickets, escalations, or waiting for just the right expert to arrive is no longer acceptable. We imagine a world beyond tickets with automated pro-active customer service and where infrastructure is continuously learning how to self-correct.
Peritus.ai patent pending technology is a human-in-the-loop machine learning system used on massive graphs containing billions of nodes and trillions of edges to recognize and understand concepts and behaviors in infrastructure related entities. We call this the InfraNet(TM), built using collective knowledge of subject matter experts as well as public and private knowledge of the systems using “Active Learning” and “Weak Supervision” techniques. Massive scale is achieved by inferring relationships using Neural Tensor Network and other proprietary algorithms along with providing sophisticated tools for capturing implicit and explicit feedback.
