We innovate and develop novel biologics for oncologic and neurologic indications that match or increase efficacy, quality of life, and overall survival over current standard of care, without the adverse effects. Existing standard cancer treatments (e.g. Carboplatin/Paclitaxel, Doxil, Elahere) sometimes reduce mortality but always with significant adverse effects, are often immune suppressive, and lead to resistance. They come at high cost (physical & financial). These realities limit who can take them and for how long. While there is high unmet need for complementary oncologic and neurologic therapies, expanding research on the cancer-killing properties of many promising biologic agents remains uncommercialized. Pebble has innovated a platform of novel biologic isolates to develop two-agent compounds (with multiple mechanisms of action and clear regulatory pathways) that outperform standard of care in multiple expressions of ovarian, lung, colorectal, breast, prostate cancer, and leukemia.
