Passion Incubator (PI) is a hybrid technology company that is composed of an accelerator (PI Business Support Services) and a technology development company (PI Technology Ventures). Passion Incubator is an early stage tech startup accelerator that provides innovative entrepreneurs with the most critical resources needed to launch lean startups, grow quickly, and institutionalize their success. We have a clear mission to identify passionate entrepreneurs with commercially viable business solutions that solve large-scale problems. Each year 5 outstanding founder teams are accepted into PI’s accelerator class. These teams are provided with a network of accomplished mentors (successful and experienced Executives from African tech startups). This network of successful entrepreneurs will help monitor the progress of the founder teams and provide guidance and success tips to the teams while they are in the accelerator. In addition, the teams receive high touch product and business development services. To achieve our goal, we pursue a 5-step support framework when working with the startup founder teams. This includes: 1. Basic Entrepreneurship Training 2. Product Development Support 3. Access to a Shared Workspace 4. Access to Mentors 5. Connections with investment
