At Parley, we believe no one should face intimidation or shame when seeking a path to financial stability. Were the empathetic, AI-driven platform transforming collections from punitive processes into collaborative, dignified recovery journeys that deliver better outcomes for everyone.
We envision a world where every person overcomes financial challenges with dignity, understanding, and lasting confidence – reshaping traditional collection practices into transparent, hopeful experiences through empathetic human touch and innovative technology.
Current collection approaches face significant challenges – with industry-wide dropped calls, damaged vital customer relationships, and cycles of financial stress. Having worked with over 200 organisations across 47 countries, our founders recognised an opportunity to create sustainable outcomes for both businesses and people.
We combine AI-driven insights with genuine human empathy. Our platform uses advanced machine learning, behavioural science, and real-time affordability assessments to create fair, personalised, and compliant solutions. Instead of high-pressure tactics, we offer flexible repayment plans, thoughtful engagement, and tangible support that preserve vital customer relationships whilst improving net recovery rates and empowering individuals to regain control of their financial future.
Founded in 2024 by leaders with extensive global collections experience, enterprise-scale digital transformation expertise, and strategic customer engagement backgrounds, we bring together operational excellence, technological innovation, and human understanding.
Building the future of ethical financial recovery, one relationship at a time.
