We primarily, but not exclusively, work with clients in the $30-$500M range inclusive of the value of their private securities. - Tax Minimization/ – Focused on capital gains tax minimization, deferral and where possible elimination through proper business and personal structuring and unique strategies for entrepreneurs and private equity principals
- Private CFO Services such as cash and liquidity planning, bill payment, real estate advisory and other concierge services
We manage a small client base with a hands on approach and best in class service. We emphasize a high degree of interaction with our clients and prepare both comprehensive suite of reporting on demand and also quarterly/annual meetings to ensure high alignment between our team and your family.
