Co-founder John McElligott grew up on the mission field and watched his father plant churches in the United Kingdom. From London to the cliffs of Falcarragh Ireland, John watched his father relentlessly pursue those he felt needed to be included, and that deep-seated belief is still a main driver for John today. On the flip side, Co-founder Frankie Russo grew up in a family that ran homeless shelters in Pittsburgh, PA and Lafayette, LA. Frankie watched his parents feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and provide a roof over the heads of the homeless.
