Openflow is a startup which revolutionizes the Law using the blockchain technology.
The story of the project has 3 different steps. The first one is the launch in December 2017 of the first website giving a new value to the archives of law cabinet.
Openflow created the biggest database of law documents (contracts, consults, forms..) in which our clients could buy the law document they needed very easily and at a very convenient price! This is the first digital library of the lawyers savoir-faire.
The second step of the story is the addition of value to our website using robotisation and Artificial Intelligence. Openflow worked with Legal Pilot to bring value to the law document, it allows the user to get a customized law document very easily, powered online through a secure, intuitive and intelligent online form. This technology allows Openflow brings a very scalable product to the law services of TOP 40 companies in Europe.
The last step of the story is the addition of the blockchain technology. This is the main purpose of the incubation phase of Openflow and a massive take off. Thanks to its library from the lawyers archives and the technology to power them, Openflow can now “give a new birth” to the law document. Openflow introduces LegalChain, the first digital safe combining the generation of documents, a secure storage, an automatic classification and a secure change access to the right user.
For example, Oliver creates his own company. He needs operations from his lawyer, partner, banker and accountant to modify specific documents. Thanks to LegalChain safe, each one of them is granted by a secure access, allowing them to create & modify documents on specific terms. This is a disruptive innovation in the legal tech industry, bringing efficiency, security and a fasterexecution to Olivier.
Openflow’s mission is to create the first autonomous Law on the blockchain, and securing more than ever the economic transactions better than traditional Law.
