It’s a new process that does not require any concrete infrastructure and water to be filtered or treated, which is installed as a floating atoll. "OKAHINA WAVE"​ IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND EVEN TO ENHANCE THE HABITAT: - By slowing eutrophication of water bodies causing a loss of biodiversity, the wave generated oxygenates the water. - By creating under the floating atoll, an artificial reef for fish and aquatic plants, constituting at the same time a spot for diving. - By concentrating the energy of the wave towards its centre to avoid the undertow and preserve the banks. - By consuming less energy.
