Founded in 2010 by the New York City Economic Development Corporation, NYC Media Lab at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, is dedicated to driving corporate innovation and job growth by facilitating partnerships between the City’s universities and its companies. Leveraging its network of engineering and design researchers from NYU, NYC Media Lab generates R&D and knowledge transfer by creating an open innovation ecosystem for emerging technology applications in industry.
NYC Media Lab is built on corporate membership. Becoming an NYC Media Lab member gives companies immediate access to custom programs and services, including:
• Undergo prototyping, entrepreneurship and executive education programs based on emerging technology topic areas of interest.
• Meet other executives at events and roundtables on technology issues and trends.
