Nxchange makes it possible to place and trade securities on a regulated platform without intervention of a bank or broker being required. Nxchange has both a licence for a regulated market and an investment firm. The former was issued by the Ministry of Finance and the latter by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
