NOVA (www.nova-mba.org) is a nonprofit organization created 20 years ago in the US and currently uniting a global network of 2,000+ MBA students and alumni with Italian heritage, all from the top global (non-Italian) business schools in the US and Europe (incl. Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Wharton, CBS, NYU, LBS, IE, IESE, etc). - Our mission of engaging the community to support young talents through mentorship, recruiting and financial support, promoting meritocracy and managerialization, and creating a strong network of successful executives, entrepreneurs and professionals. - This year we are also launching a new NOVA foundation that we are working on, to further boost our pro-bono activities, in particular geared towards mentorship (incorporating and supporting also Mentors4u.com) and active engagement of the MBA community towards other positive-impact activities.
