Founded in 2012, Nomiku invented the connected home sous vide immersion circulator. Turning a modernist gadget into a useful everyday kitchen tool redesigned from the bottom up for at-home functionality. In 2018, Nomiku Meals was launched to address the one thing none of us have enough of - time. Nomiku mains and sides are perfectly cooked using the sous vide method then flash-frozen and shipped directly to customers. When ready, they simply pull from the freezer, tap the bags to the Nomiku Smart Cooker’s RFID reader, and drop in the water. That’s it. In about 30 minutes, everyone is eating exactly what he or she wants, perfectly prepared. Customers can also learn to cook using the sous vide method as the Nomiku Smart Cooker also functions as a regular sous vide immersion circulator.
