After 35 years of executive responsabilities in business development of international companies with strong expertise in strategic analysis, corporate development, M&A, partnerships, finance, investor relations, audit, risk management and ESG, I founded New Strategy & Vision, an independant consulting company. Our differentiating approach relied on in-depth analysis, "think out of the box", brainstorming without taboo or even being iconoclast, the main lessons of the changes that other sectors have already gone through (doing and not doing), the preparation of divisive scenarios by integrating a “black swan” (when need be) and trying to probabilize them, the identification of “best practices” and their possible transposition by drawing inspiration from them, realistic business plan, concrete and operatonal implemenation plan, the launch of “quick wins” to avoid demobilizing tunnel effects, flexibility and responsiveness to adapt (see more in my complete profile) We currently advise 2 start-ups: • Fund raising (already 550 K€), bank financing and business development for an environmentally friendly restaurant chain (positive social impact) • Strategic analysis, business plan and partner search for a high-tech company providing an automated platform to design and optimize marketing campaigns on internet Looking forward assisting you in your successful and sustainable development
