We operate as Independent Sponsors, partnering with entrepreneurs as we invest our time, capital, operational expertise, strategic guidance and creativity for as long as it takes. Our investment focus is on by industries where we have expertise, that can benefit from sustainability and recurring revenue and that we believe will undergo massive transformation.
